[CHARACTER], keep the core identifying features of the original character, but redesign them as a cute, grumpy street-graffiti cartoon figure.

9:16 vertical hand-drawn doodle poster. The character uses rounded, exaggerated, slightly clumsy simplified cartoon proportions, with minimal facial features and a vivid, expressive face. The mood is playful, rebellious, and dry-humored, with a cute-but-cranky contrast. Design an exaggerated, funny pose and expression that fits the character's personality.
Thick, uneven black hand-drawn outlines with naturally wobbly strokes and inconsistent line weight. Use crayon- and marker-style flat coloring, keeping a few coloring-outside-the-lines moments, broken strokes, partial dry-brush texture, and a rough, casually drawn feel.
Background: bright candy blue, with large irregular pink five-pointed stars, creamy-yellow hand-drawn lettering, milky-white sticker borders, and scattered small stars, arrows, lightning bolts, and playful simple doodles.
Place the character at the center of the composition together with large hand-drawn bubble lettering. Generate a short, playful English phrase that suits the character's personality and theme. Letters vary in size and are arranged in a staggered, misaligned way, with yellow fill and thick black outlines, partially overlapping the character's silhouette.
Scatter a small number of freehand doodles and humorous little icons around the composition for a casual collage, scrapbook-journal feel. Overall colors are bright and the shapes are simple. The layout is slightly messy but keeps a clear visual focal point.
The image has the look of a street sticker, youthful graffiti, rebellious childlike charm, and DIY hand-drawn aesthetics. Keep it a flat 2D illustration with hand-drawn imperfection and natural brush strokes, with a light, lively visual feel.
